Is mild calvarial asymmetry,mild brain atrophy,empty sella and elongated optic nerves sign of a stroke?

my eye doctor said i had a stroke sometime so i had a ct, mri, and a altra sound done and these things showed up i was just wondering if they where signs of a stroke in the past.
