Crush problem??????????

It's the start of school year and im a freshmen :) i am a boy, 13 years old. and when i first saw her i felt in love. Hahaha i know it's sounds stupid but i think it's first love at first sight? And i want to get to know her better but i'm shy.. :( it's the 3rd week of school an still i haven't tried talking to her. She's pretty, smart, VEry smart i mean. and yea. she is still single but i don't think she's into having a boyfriend yet but i want us to be together! :( Any advice on how i can talk to her and to be more than friends?? (sorry for the wrong grammars i'm in a hurry xD
