Learning to circular breathe for the flute?

I'm interested in attempting to circular breathe for the flute but I literally have no idea how. I heard that this allows someone to constantly play a note with no breathe interruptions which would mean it would help in playing elongated notes. Can someone please explain to me how this is correctly done?
