There are 2 lumps under my tongue what could this be?..?

i have 2 lumps under my tongue on the floor of my mouth ant the are more elongated not round and go from the back of my mouth to the front running Parallel to my jaw bone on the bottom but they are not attached to my jaw and are not discolored and the only way to notice them is by pushing down on the floor of my mouth, what could this be? im only 18 and im really hoping this is not oral cancer...
