How do i tell my Friend that we're going Magaluf and not Madrid?

me and my two friends are all going on holiday, two of us wanted to go Magaluf and the other didn't so we told the other friend we were going to Madrid, but we're actually booked tickets to Magaluf. We were planning on telling the other friend at the airport but we think that they'll storm off and not want to go, but we really want them to come, we want them to come with us what should we do?
