Jaw Surgery? Please help!?

Okay so this is a cosmetic surgery question. I do not want to break my jaw! But I do want to refine it some. My jaw line that starts near my ear seems very high to me. It makes my face seem sort of short. I'm taking about the bone that starts near my ear that is my jaw. I want it to appear lower, to elongate my face sort of. Hopefully this makes sense. But I do not want my jaw broken by surgeons. Plastic surgeons can use fillers on cheekbones to make them look fuller; can they use fillers on my upper jaw line to make it appear lower (making my face look longer)?
